Fintechagency OÜ is represented by its management board. Authorised representative for the Tessera trade name is Yevheny Panin, founder and managing member.
Banking
Banking details (account institution, IBAN, intermediary BIC) are provided on the first invoice. SEPA, USD SWIFT, and EUR wires accepted. Default rail is Stripe Checkout for prepaid balance top-ups; invoice billing (NET-30/45/60) available on request for Enterprise and select Annual Clients.
VAT status
Fintechagency OÜ operates within the EU VAT framework. Current VAT registration status and applicable rate are reflected on each invoice. EU B2B customers with a valid VAT identification number are billed under the reverse-charge mechanism pursuant to Article 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC.

Regulatory and supervisory authorities
Data-protection supervisory authority for Fintechagency OÜ is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), aki.ee/en. Consumer rights, where applicable, are governed by the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet), ttja.ee/en.
Governing law
All commercial relationships with Fintechagency OÜ are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, save where mandatory provisions of the customer's jurisdiction apply. Dispute-resolution provisions are set out in the Terms of Service (§17-18); Enterprise customers may add additional terms via custom MSA.
Online dispute resolution (consumers, EU)
The European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform pursuant to Article 14(1) of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Fintechagency OÜ is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
